Key findings from my research using user interviews, data analysis and observation drove the design of a new ad building feature for a creative software at Celtra, a B2B advertising technology company.
I conducted a survey to scope an evaluative research project with usability testing on user experience of trip planning with Google Maps. Personal research project at UC Berkeley Extension.
I established research practices and on-going reporting to understand user engagement with mobile and desktop ads at Celtra Inc. By crafting compelling presentations for Fortune 500 clients and quarterly reports, I deepened company’s understanding of user behavior and increased its credibility in the competitive advertising technology space.
Scaling Insight: How UX Research Doubled Revenue at makersights
Users were struggling to find actionable insights in a sea of survey results on this platform. By leading a deep-dive contextual inquiry and mapping the "time-to-insight" bottleneck, I catalyzed three major workstreams: a new AI-powered interpretation engine, a streamlined data-viz feature set, and a strategic pivot in our target customer. The result? A 100% increase in quarterly revenue and a fundamental shift in how our platform handles complex data.

I led end-to-end research for Adobe’s new learning tool, from organizing a stakeholder alignment workshop in the scoping phase to ensuring research insights directly influenced design decisions and product strategy by presenting them to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior-level managers and executives.
