UX Researcher at MakerSights

As a researcher at a market research and survey software company, I leveraged my expertise in survey methodology to mentor client-facing teams on questionnaire design and best practices, increasing the analytical rigor of our deliverables and deepening long-term client relationships.

In addition, I guided the development of survey templates by analyzing the platform’s data logs and cognitively testing the templates with a sample of survey takers. That improved data quality, reduced bias, and equipped clients with the knowledge needed to collect accurate and actionable insights.
